DUTIES

Assist Project Managers on bid date, upon immediate request, in preparing and/or reviewing documents, making calls or other needs that could arise.
Secure Insurance and Bonding for projects as required.
Track manufacturer’s purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to the job site.
Scheduling coordination with job superintendent.
Create pick n’ pack and delivery documentation for installation team.
Attend bid openings and project “kickoff” meeting when available.
Coordinate/conduct product training with mfg. reps and facility personnel.
Other duties as assigned.

DUTIES

Duties include: make copies; review returns for appropriate pages; quality of pages; determine necessary attachments; scan returns to Onesoure Workflow and Investran DX via scanner or PDF files; and file returns. Maintain due date program and responsible for final clearing of each due date. Maintain and update tax preparation software on tax server.

Provide overall assistance to any family member, personnel assistant or household employee. Investigate and resolve any matters requested.
