Part-Time Accountant

Irrigation company in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an experienced Accountant to work part-time in their office. The successful candidate will help keep accurate accounting records while working with the accounting team and branch personnel.


DUTIES

Maintain, verify and update accounting

Prepare general ledger account reconciliations

File monthly sales taxes online for multiple states

Complete property tax assessments and business licenses

Provide assistance with invoices and payments

Provide assistance recording bank deposits

Cross-train to assist other areas of the business

Help prepare information for financial reports in a timely manner

Keep sensitive information confidential

Respond appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests

Abide by all company procedures and accouting principles


QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Accounting degree or accounting education preferred

Previous experience in accounting

Must be detail oriented and organized

Working knowledge of computers and accounting systems

Experience with general ledger account reconciliations using spreadsheets

Experience in multi-tasking and prioritization a must

Excellent and written and verbal communication skills


This is a temporary to permanent position.


Hours:

Flexible between 8:00-5:00

Preferred: 8:00-5:00, three days a week

Pay: $16-$17 an hour 




Childcare Teacher/Floater
Hospital with a childcare center located in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for experienced, nurturing, and professional childcare teachers with a flexible schedule.

DUTIES
Teach age-appropriate developmental skills
Keep rooms clean and sanitized 
Prepare snacks and meals

Diapering
Feeding
Toilet training

QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years' experience as a childcare teacher
CDA preferred

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.

Pay: $12.50 an hour
Hours: Three shifts available

Floater: 11:00-7:30


Warranty Administrator

Company in Sherwood that specializes in installation and repair of a variety of commercial and residential equipment is looking for an experienced and professional warranty administrator.


DUTIES
Enter in work orders into industry based software
Would be repetitive data entry
Answering calls and making some outbound calls.
Working with warranty companies; looking for candidate that has warranty experience
Customer service and data entry experience required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience with data entry
Detail oriented
Organization skills
Experience with Salesforce preferred


This is a temporary to permanent position.

Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay: $13/hour
